This property is located in the Southern Flinders Ranges 4 kms from Yatina on the Jamestown to Orroroo road. It is about 32 kms north of Jamestown or 3 hours from Adelaide. Access is by good formed road.
The property is undulating with a major gully through the northern section and with hills that provide stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The area comprises a woodland of Peppermint Box, a species that is not well conserved in the State’s reserve system. The property’s conservation is therefore really important.

The property is 325 hectares in extent. Of that about 245 hectares is under native vegetation whilst the remaining 80 hectares is cleared cropping land. There is an old cottage which although somewhat derelict, could be repaired to make a habitable weekend cottage.
