This property comprising approximately 10,000 hectares is under development and is six kilometres north-west of Blanchetown. It consists of mallee woodland with some more open areas of Sugarwood and even has its own wombat colonies. The Foundation proposes to establish a conservation estate made up of about eleven properties each of around 900 hectares.
Access throughout the estate is by unformed tracks in good condition. Fences will not be permitted to reduce the impact on the movement of native animals, particularly the kangaroos and wombats. Water will be available to a number of properties but no power is available. Each propertywill have a house site. Prices haven’t been set as yet but it is likely there will be a range of prices.
